Pricing FAQ
What costs credits?
Only AI-powered features use credits. Manual work is always free.
AI Research (1 credit): Valuable identifies your item and writes its name and description, then adds a price suggestion, market research, and a comparables analysis. You pay once per item, so you can re-run it as often as you like at no extra cost. You can also use it to upgrade an item you entered manually.
Deep Research (5 credits): This is a more in-depth analysis for higher-value or hard-to-identify pieces. You pay once per item.
AI Photo Enhancement (4 credits): This can change or remove backgrounds, clear background clutter, remove shadows and mirror reflections, fold blankets, put clothes on mannequins, and more. You pay for each enhancement.
What does "Unlimited" really mean?
It means you can add as much data as you need without hitting a paywall. Projects, team members, and photos are unlimited because we don’t think you should be charged just for staying organized.
Note: Our fair use policy only prevents automated abuse, like bots flooding our servers, so the system stays fast for everyone. Normal manual use is effectively unrestricted.
Do credits expire?
No! Once you buy credits, they are yours forever. You can use them next week, next month, or next year.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits you’ve already spent on AI features can’t be refunded.
